Acceptance

By purchasing or using Notedog, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Notedog on devices associated with your Google Play account. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or modify the app.

Your Data

All journal data is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for your content and for maintaining backups. If you configure Git sync, you are responsible for the security of your remote repository and credentials.

No Warranty

Notedog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or damages arising from the use of this app, including but not limited to issues with local storage, Git sync, or the LAN web server.

Purchases & Refunds

Notedog is a paid app sold through Google Play. Refunds are handled by Google in accordance with their refund policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be included in the next app update and posted on this page. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
